De derde editie van het jaarlijkse boekwerk Open Innovation is beschikbaar. Nu dus editie 2012. Waarin actuele ontwikkelingen en visies over open innovatie in dienstverlening. Met bijdragen vanuit de verschillende Europese landen. Eén deel in het boek gaat over nationale innovatie en trends en regionale programma’s en maatregelen. Een bijdrage vanuit Novay over service engineering kon daar niet ontbreken. Service engineering zoals dat is uitgewerkt in drie projecten onder de vlag van het Service Innovation & ICT programma: Agile Service Development waarin flexibiliteit in de business, processen en IT wordt nagestreeft, Business Model Roadmapping voor het ontwikkelen, testen en uitrollen van business modellen en ArchiValue over strategisch gericht IT portfoliomanagement onder architectuur. Ter inspiratie ook casussen en best-practises van open innovatie.
Vanuit Novay werkten Wil Janssen, Timber Haaker, Marc Lankhorst en Henny de Vos mee aan Open Innovation 2012.
