Summary: This document describes the abstract platform that is a result of the preparation phase in A-MUSE’s model-driven design trajectory. This abstract platform is used at the platform-independent service design level. Models at this level consist of the composition of service-specific service components and the AMUSE abstract platform. This abstract platform provides an abstraction of the infrastructures used in the development of Freeband services, such that platform-independence can be obtained. This document should be used by expert architects to define metamodels and tool support for the platform-independent service design level.
